The registration procedure for incoming students is available on the website:


For the second semester, students have to fill the on-line Application Form between October 1st and November 1st and send us the printed version duly signed before November 15th 2014.


All applications must be made on-line.


After completing the on-line procedure, students must print the form, sign it, and send it to our Office, by email:

The official acceptance letter will be sent to the students ONLY after reception of the application duly signed by the departmental and institutional coordinators of the home institution AND the agreement of our concerned Faculty.


We (Université de Liège) insist that our exchange students should have a minimal knowledge of French (English if all their courses are in English) to attend classes and take exams. Therefore we ask them to join to their Application Form a document testifying their level of French (or English). The minimal required level is B1 (B2 for HEC-Management School)(Common European Framework of Reference).


Moreover, students must append a Transcript of Records of their previous Higher Education study years.
